Shipping and returns

Shipping costs vary between countries and depending on the items that are ordered. Tote bags and pencil cases are heavier than prints and cards and will therefore cost more.

Soulie Soleil prints are made in Antwerp, Belgium. If you live nearby and can come pick up your order, we can absolutely arrange that!

Belgium: €6

Europe: €12

Returns or exchanges are possible for all non-custom items. Custom pencil-cases cannot be returned. The costs of returning are for the customer.

2.
Product care

All textile products are made from cotton. Special lino ink, acrylic paint and/or Posca markers are used to print or paint the designs. With every acrylic paint piece, sealant is applied to ensure it is water resistant and stays vibrant.

When you want to wash your bag or pencil case, hand washing (30°C) is recommended. You can not bleach or tumble dry these items. You can however iron the tote bags on a cool setting.
